Cant download eso update ps4

Thanks for the answer I 'm totally cool with that and that 's what I tried to do. I even closed Steam ,now in my Zenimax Online Folder I don't have a Launcher Folder with some launcher.exe in it like others (I think), I just have setup.exe wich brings up the installation for eso (I guess thats the launcher before installation) and it asks me by default to install the game in c:/Program Files
